Main Quality Control Procedure for Hardware Tools & Machinery

As a China sourcing agent for hardware tools,to ensure stable and reliable quality for all hardware tools and machinery we supply, Falvrco hereby will provide our quality control procedure. 

The main QC procedure as below:

1. Pre-Production Control (PPC)

a.    Confirm all specifications:

o    Model, material, size, color, logo, packaging

o    Tolerance, function, performance parameters

b.    Verify certificates required by destination country:

o    CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, UL, SAA, etc.

c.    Pre-production sample approval:

o    Samples must be signed and sealed by buyer/agent before mass production.

d.    Raw material inspection:

o    Material certificate, hardness report, or test report required.

2. During Production Inspection (DPI)

Inspection when 30%–50% of production completed:

·         Semi-finished product dimensions

·         Surface treatment: plating, painting, polishing, no burrs, no rust

·         Assembly precision, clearance, torque, function test

·         Production consistency and workmanship

·         Any defect must be corrected before mass production continues

3. Final Random Inspection (FRI)

Conducted when 100% production & 80% packaging finished:

3.1 Inspection Standard

·         AQL Standard: AQL 1.0 / 2.5 / 4.0 (as per buyer confirmation)

·         Sampling standard: MIL-STD-105E / ISO 2859-1

3.2 Inspection Items

a.    Appearance

o    No deformation, scratch, crack, rust, color difference

o    Logo and marking clear and correct

b.    Function & Performance

o    Normal operation, torque test, strength test, safety test

o    Match technical datasheet

c.    Dimension

o    Key dimensions checked by caliper, micrometer, gauge

d.    Packing & Marking

o    Inner box, outer carton, labeling, barcode, shipping mark

o    Waterproof, shockproof, firm packaging

e.    Quantity

o    Total quantity, per carton quantity match order

4. Loading Supervision

·         Check container condition: clean, dry, no damage, no odor
